You receive an email letting you know the auction closed. Your card is never charged. You owe nothing. We'll let you know when the next drop goes live so you can be ready.

Only when the admin closes the auction and manually confirms you as the winner. You'll receive a confirmation email the moment your card is charged, with a full receipt showing the item name, amount, and any discounts applied.

US orders ship free — no hidden fees. International orders have a flat $20 shipping fee added at checkout. We ship via USPS / DHL through Pirate Ship. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships, typically within 48 hours of winning.

Yes — 100%. Every item listed on Volleyball Collective is personally verified before being published. Item condition (New, Like New, Excellent, etc.) is noted on every card. What you see is exactly what you receive.

If the item you received significantly differs from what was shown in the photos — wrong condition, damage not pictured, wrong item — you can submit a formal refund request. Use the "Request a Refund" link in your winner email, describe what's wrong, and we will review it personally. Refunds are not guaranteed — we assess each case individually. If approved, a full refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
